1、ABSTRACTTheMassCustomization(MC)isacollectionofmassproductionandcustomizationproduction,anditscoreideaistoclosetothespeedandcostofmassproductiontoquicklymeetthepersonalizeddemandsofcustomersforproducts,andmakethetraditionalreactivecustomizationfortheor
2、dersofcustomerschangedintoreservationcustomizationfortheplanningofproductfamily,inordertoimprovetheabilityofthecompanieswhichcanrapidlyresponsetothedemandsofcustomers.Theparametricproductfamilydesign,whichcommonlyusedmethodsaretheoptimizationmethods,is
3、oneofapproachestorealizeMC.Theoptimizationmethodsincludethetraditionaloptimizationmethodsandthemulti-objectiveoptimizationmethods.Therearesomeproblemsthattheprocessesoftheoptimizationarecomplex,theplatformcommonalityandthecomprehensiveperformancesarelo
4、werwhenusingthetraditionaloptimizationmethodstosolvetheparametricproductfamilydesign.Instead,theprocessesoftheoptimizationaresimple,theplatformcommonalityandthecomprehensiveperformancesarehigherwhenusingthemulti-objectiveoptimizationmethods,buttheirpro
5、blemsarethattheefficiencyoftheoptimizationandeffectivenessdependontheperformancesofalgorithm.Therearesometraitswhicharehigherspeedofcalculation,strongerstabilityandhigheruniformityofsolutionsdistributionwhenusingtheimprovedstrengthParetoevolutionaryalg
6、orithm,namelySPEA2,tosolvethemulti-objectiveoptimizationproblems,souseSPEA2todotheparametricproductfamilyoptimizationdesignforanimportantsignificanceresearchingontheparametricproductfamilydesignmethodforMCtoimprovetheoptimizationefficiencyandcomprehens
