1、江苏大学硕士学位论文电力企业电气工程项目管理的研究与应用姓名：顾晓强申请学位级别：硕士专业：工业工程指导教师：李锦飞20050601江苏大学工程项士论文摘要项目管理在我们日常生活和电力企业管理中，发挥着举足轻重的作用。随着技术快速发展，许多新技术可以应用到电气工程项目的管理中。电气工程项目的管理对改善电力系统的质量与经济效益很有益处。根据电气工程项目的特点与客户的需求，针对实施过程中如何降低成本，实现进度、质量、成本与安全控制，相关管理如何集成和如何实现过程控制诸多关键问题，提出了采用工业工程技术的思路，介绍了应用电气技术与项目管理理论的解决办法。通过对相关项目进行电气工程管理实

2、旌方法的研究，可以减少实际成本、提高质量、节约能源，满意客户、优化结构，从而提高管理的效率。文中通过案例研究，实现了成本、安全、质量与进度的控制，给出了包括NAVECO车身厂变电所与动力厂西配改造项目等案例的研究数据、相关分析与结果。几个典型铡子表明：基于MICROSOFTPROJECT2002软件，集成电气技术与项目管理的方法是有效的和可行的。作为毕业课题，研究达到了预期的目标，具有实际意义、参考价值和广阔前景。关键词：项目管理；电气工程；经济分析；成本管理江苏走学工程硕士论文AbstractTheprojectmanagementplaysanimportantrolenot
