2、geandexecution,andvarioustypesofmachineryorproductionprocessescanbecontrolledthroughanalogordigitalinput/output.PLChastheversatility,easeofuse,wideadaptation,highreliability,anti-interferenceabilityandsimpleprogramming.Programmablelogiccontrollerandrelatedperipheralsaregoodforindustrialc
3、ontrolsystemstogetherintoawhole,andexpandingtheprincipleoffunctionaldesign.ThisstudyisbasedfromthePLCprinciples.Automaticcontrolprocessesaredesignedforproceduresofthewaterplant.Waterplantautomaticcontrolsystemframeworkisbuilt,combiningtheactualproductionofthedesign.CombinationofPLCandcom
4、puternetworksisusedinthispapertomakewaterplantdistributedcontrolled,centralizedmanaged.Alltheequipmentcontrolledandmonitoredinremotemodecanmakereal-timecommunicationbythecommunicationnetwork.Bytheuseofreal-timenetworkcommunications,PLCandWonderwearIntouchcommunicationstechnology,waterpla
5、ntmonitoringsystemhasbeendevelopedtomonitorPLCcontrolledequipmentremotely.Afterthesystemisresearchedanddeveloped,ithassignalacquisition,real-timealarmandhistoricalcurveandotherfunctions.Thesystemcanmonitortheliveproductionprocessandcommunicatereal-timewiththePLCandWonderwearIntouchsoftwa
