1、青岛理工大学工学硕士学位论文率为2.37x10一,耐腐蚀性能突出;40d后其阻抗模值降至1060.tin2,孔隙率为2.66x10~,钢板已发生腐蚀,涂层防护性能变差。(4)QUV加速老化实验表明:2400h后,涂层基本失光,力学性能基本不变,吸水率及附着力变化较小,综合性能变化不大;而7200h后,涂层的硬度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度分别降至邵D32、20.33MPa、413.89%和63.87N/mm,表面完全变黑,吸水率增至2.33%,两种涂层体系附着力分别降至3.06MPa和2.57MPa,综合性能下降明显。通过SEM及FTIR图谱发现实验后涂层表面老化严重,内部
2、有轻微老化,涂层防护性能下降。试样经QUV加速老化24h后,涂层低频下的阻抗模值为10100.till2,孔隙率为6.54×10‘10,能有效屏蔽腐蚀介质的渗入;720h后其阻抗模值降至1050.tin2,孔隙率为5.75×104,涂层己发生破损,基本失效。基于以上实验研究,得到钢结构防护用聚脲涂层耐海洋大气环境腐蚀性能的变化规律及其影响因素,为工程应用提供基础数据和理论支持。关键词:聚脲涂层;海洋大气环境;附着性能;老化:耐腐蚀性AbstractTheprotectiveperformanceofpolyureacoatingsisoutstanding,itCanimpro

5、orexposureandultraviolet(QUV)acceleratedagingexperimentresearch.Thechangingruleofadhesion,gloss,waterabsorptionandmechanicalpropertiesofcoatingsinthetwokindsofexperimentalenvironmentwereobtained.Andthecorrosionresistantperformanceandfailurebehaviorofthecoatingswereanalyzedbyscanningelectronm
