7、1140-1997Electrodefoilforaluminumelectrolyticcapacitor范围本标准规定了铝电解电容器用电极箔(以下简称电极箔)的型号命名、要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、贮存、运输、标志。本标准适用于铝电解电容器用的电极箔(包括:阴极箔、阳极未形成箔、阳极形成箔)。2定义本标准采用下列定义:2.1箔etchedfoil用于铝电解电容器电极的腐蚀铝箔。2.2光箔plainfoil没有经过腐蚀的箔。2.3形成处理formingprocedue箔表面经过电化学阳极氧化生成作为介质的铝氧化

8、膜(AI-2马)的处理。2.4未形成箔etchedanodefoil表面没有进行形成处理的箔。2.5形成箔formingfoil表面进行过形成处理的箔。2.6阳极箔anodefoil电容器阳极用的箔。2.7阴极箔cathodefoil电容器阴极用的箔。2.8额定T-作电压(V,)ratedworkingvoltage铝电解电容器额定工作电压值。
