7、。。..·.·.......·..·.⋯⋯15OX4-2000前言气象台(站)的各种综合遥测自动化仪器、新一代天气雷达、卫星接收设备以及光缆通信、卫星传输、计算机网络的业务系统等相继投入使用,为社会和各行业及时提供了较丰富、准确的气象信息服务。雷电是一种剧烈的大气现象。雷击的电效应、热效应和机械力及雷击电磁脉冲,常对气象台(站)业务系统和装备造成干扰和破坏,对工作人员造成伤害。为使气象台(站)业务系统和装备的防雷设计施工因地制宜地采取技术措施,防止和减少雷电造成的人员伤亡和装备损失,保证气象业务的正常运行,制订本标准。本规范采用了GB50057-19

8、94,GB50054-1995和GB50174--1993等国家标准,并参考了IEC国际标准。本标准共分10
