5、中国第一汽车集团公司技术中心本标准主要起草人:顾宏伟、杨国瑞。本标准为首次发布。QC/T7211-2仪抖汽车空调术语1范围本标准规定了汽车空调用术语及其定义。本标准适用于M类、N类车辆用空调。2分类汽车空调术语分为基本术语、系统术语和部件术语。3基本术语3.1汽车空调系统autoairconditionsystem由暖风装置(3.2)、制冷装置(3.5)、通风装置、空气净化装置和加湿装置中的一个或多个部件以及必要的控制部件等构成,用于调节乘员舱内的温度、湿度和洁净度,并使其以一定速度在车室内定向流动和分配,从而给驾驶员和乘员提供
6、舒适的环境及新鲜空气的系统。3.2暖风装置heatingequipment由汽车发动机提供的余热或独立燃烧器产生的热量作为热源,用于车厢内采暖及风窗玻璃除霜(3.21)和除雾(3.22)的热交换装置。3.3除箱装置defrostequipment用来融化风窗玻离内、外表面上的霜或冰,使其恢复视野的装置。3.4除雾装置demistequipment用来清除风窗玻璃内表面上水蒸汽凝结物,使其恢复视野的装置。3.5制冷装置refrigeratingequipment由压缩机(5.15)、冷凝器(5.19)、贮液干燥器(5.33)或气液
7、分离器、节流元件、蒸发器(5.28)、制冷剂管路和风机(5.3)等构成,将车室内的热量传递给室外环境的装置。3.6额定制冷fratingrefrigeration空调系统在规定的试验条件和试验设备下运行,到达稳定状态(3.8)时,单位时间内蒸发器(5.28)从空气中吸收的热量。lQC/T720-20043.7名义工况nominalcondition标定和检验汽车空调系统(3.1)在稳定状态(3.8)下额定制冷量(3.6)的试验条件。3.8稳定状态stateofstabilization汽车空调系统(3.1)的制冷能力达到平衡时的
