3、nbecauseoftheadvantagesofhighefficiency,energysaving,environmentalprotection,greenlighting,long-lifeadvantages,thereforeinthe"sustainabledevelopment"background,ithasbeenexpectedinthefourthgenerationoflightingsource.Nowadays,methodstoobtainwhitelightaremainlythroughtheLEDchipsan
4、dthephosphors.Therefore,asanimportantpartofthewhitelightLED,phosphorperformancedirectlyaffectsthewhiteLEDluminousefficiency,colortemperature,colorrenderingindex,lightandlife.Thestudyshowsthat,rareearthdopedsiliconnitrogencompoundsfluorescentpowderhasmanyexcellentpropertiesbecau
5、seofspecialcrystalstructure,,suchasgoodstability,emittingwavelengthtunable,nearultravioletorbluelightLEDchipexcitation,temperaturequenchingeffectisweak,withwhichithasbeenthemostapplicationvalueofanewtypeofwhiteLED2+phosphors.ThisthesischoosestheMSi2O2N2:Eu(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)andBa3Si6O
