6、83Thetechnicalrequirementsforrepairingturbo-chargerinthemarinedieselengine1主题内容与适用范围本标准规定了船用柴油机涡轮增压器修理总则、零部件修理要求和增压器修复后的试验及其他技术要求。本标准适用于民用船舶轴流式和径流式涡轮增压器(以下简称增压器)的修理(见图1,2)>总则2.1修理内容主要包括:主要零部件—指转子轴、涡轮叶轮、涡轮盘、涡轮叶片、导风轮、压气机叶轮、喷嘴环、有叶扩压器、壳体和轴承。易损件—指气封片、气封环、油
7、封环、密封环、减振片、锁紧片其他零件—指压气机叶轮罩壳、涡轮叶轮罩壳、滤清消声器。2.2更换零件时,应采用原增压器制造厂的配件或者采用技术性能与其相当的其他厂的配件。需要加工零件时,应按原产品图纸的规定。2.3零部件的修理或更换及其与配合件的配合间隙(或过盈)值,应根据本标准的规定并结合具体情况加以确定。3零部件修理要求3.1转子轴3.1.1转子轴轴颈段的全跳动量不得超过0.015mm。组装零件后的转子轴全跳动量不得超过0.04mm,3.1.2转子轴弯曲变形允许校正,但必须消除内应力,保证材质,并
8、进行无损探伤,不允许有裂纹存在。校正后,轴颈段的全跳动www.bzfxw.com量必须符合3.1.1的规定。3.1.3转子轴的轴颈段、叶轮段、供油段和密封段(见图3)的碰伤深度在0.1Omm以内,伤痕数不多于5条,其余轴段的碰伤深度在。.30mm以内时,允许去除毛刺、抛光圆顺后继续使用。3.1.4转子轴的碰伤深度超过3.1.3条的规定,如轴的强度允许时,可采用喷镀、电镀及其他方法修复。3.1.5紧配合的轴段不允许有磨损,其余轴段的直径磨损量超过0.IOmm时,可按3.1.4条的规定
