2、facturingnation，serviceindustrystructureupgradeslowlywhilethedevelopmentofproducerservicesareinadequate．Asanimportantwaytopromotethedevelopmentofproducerservicesindustry,FDIhasplayedanimportantroleinpromotingtransformationandupgradingofourcountrymanufacturingi

3、ndustryandindustrialintegration．Therefore，makinggooduseoftheindustryconditionstoundertakeinternationaltransferofproducerservicesandmaximizingthepositiveeffectofFDItocapitalformationandtechnologyspilloverwillbethekeyfactorinChina'seconomicrise．BasedonGeo-busine

4、ssandotherFDIchoicetheory,thispaperstartsfromtheresearchperspectiveofFDIlocationchoiceanddiscussestheinfluencemechanismofproducerservicesFDIlocationselectionespecially．Onthisbasis，theinfluencingfactorsofFDIlocationselectioninproducerservicesarcstudied．Finally,

5、thecorrespondingpolicyrecommendationstoexplorefeasiblewaystoincreasethecompetitionabilityoftheproducerservicesindustryareputforwardthroughtheempiricalstudythatanalyzetheadvantageanddisadvantagefactorsofFDIlocationselection．ThroughempiricalstudyofFDIlocationsel

6、ectioninoverallproducerservice，itshowsthatthesizeofthemarket，thedegreeofinfrastructure，economicopennessandmanufacturingFDIhaspositiveeffectsontheregionalchoiceofoverallproducerservicesFDI．Thehumanresourcefactorendowmenthaspositiveeffectontheregionalchoiceofeas
