2、,现批准为强制性行业标准,编号为川214-2000,自2001年6月1日起施行。本规范的管理工作由我部水运司负责,具体解释工作由南京水利科学研究院负责,由人民交通出版社出版发行。中华人民共和国交通部=000年十二月二十五日月U舀本规范是在总结我国近50年来内河航道与港口的水文分析与计算的实践经验,吸收有关理论研究和科学试验新成果以及借鉴国外有关标准的基础上制定。本规范主要包括基本资料及航道、港口和通航建筑物的水文分析与计算等技术内容。本规范共分6章21节和7个附录,并附条文说明。本规范由交通部水运司负责管理,由南京水利科学研究院负责解
