5、improvedinquitealongperiod．Obviously,thefailureofChineseeconomyWasduetoits’disobeyofthecomparativeadvantagestrategy．TIlisisthestageoftheinverseofcomparativeadvantage．ChapterfourintroducesChina’Seconomicdevelopmentaccordingtothereformandopeninguppolicies．1
