2、architecture.However,thereisnopracticalreengineeringprocesswhichcaneffectivelyutilizetheresourcesoflegacysystemsandsupportthecontinualevolutionofthesecuritiessoftware.Atthesametime,afterbeingusedforalongduration,thesecuritiessoftwarefacesmanyproblems,suchaspoor
3、performanceandfrequentuserchangerequests,thus,needssoftwareupgradeandreengineering.Thisthesisproposesareferenceprocessmodel——EHP(EvolutionalHybridProcess)modelforthereengineeringofsecuritiessoftware.EHPmodelconsistsofninestepswhichare“settingdirection”,“firstco
4、ntacting”,“initialunderstanding”,“obtainingdesignmodel”,“confirmingrequirementofre-engineering”,“designing”,“coding”,“testing”and“delivery”.Comparedwiththerelatedworks,theEHPmodelhasmanyadvantages,includingsupportingincrementalreengineering,introducingsoftwarep
5、atterns,supportingcontinualevolutionofsecuritiessoftware,anddomainorientation,etc.TheEHPmodelhasbeenappliedtoasmallsecuritiessoftwaresystem.Comparedwithaverageperformance,themodelleadstoshorterdurationandlowerdefectdensity.Afterreengineering,thesystembecomesmor
