2、hnologyhasbecomeoneofthemostimportantsecuritytechnologies.Butthemostmonitoringsystemsnowusedarefixedpositionsystems.Suchsystemslackof诚demonitoringabilities.Incaseofmonitoringhundrandsoftargets,peoplemayneedtosetuplargeamountofsuchsystemsandmakecostsincreasingrapidly.Mobilemoni

3、toringisoneofalternationstodiminishinvestments.Bythisapproach,bothtransmittionloadsbetweenmobileplatformandmainstation,andmanualrecognitionloadsinmainstationremainverylarge.Aimmedatdeviceswimlimitedstates,adevicestaterecognitionmethosWasproposedinthispaperbasedonstandardimagem

4、atchingtechnology.Theproposedmethodaccomplishesstaterecognizationbycomparingreal-timeimageandstandardimageinmobileplatform,thenonlysendsthoseabnormalimagestomainstationforfurthercheching,SOastodiminishtransmittionloadsandmanualloads.ThemaincontextofthisstudyCanbesummarizedasfo
