4、eeShulman’steachersepistemologyandConstructivisttheory.Itinvolveseightaspectswhicharesubjectknowledgeofteachers,teachingmethods,classroomatmosphere,teachingplan,teachingreflection,teachingcooperation,studentlearningandcapacitydevelopment.Byresearchingteachingtrainingpr
5、esentsituationofInductionprogramofhighereducationalinstitutes’newteachersfromtheeastareaofGuangdongProvince,wegetthesefollowingpoints:Firstly,teachingideasattachimportancetosubstantiveknowledgeandmethodicalknowledge,butnotvaluableknowledge;Secondly,itisurgenttoguidenew
