1、谢玲:深澳湾养殖生态健康状况综合评价研究AbstractShen’aoBayinthetownofShen’aoisoneofmarineculturebasesintheeastofGuangdongprovince.Inrecentyears,itsmarinecultureindustrycontinuallygrows.FromculturingthebayfishandshellfishmainlytodevelopingGracilarialemaneiformisculturingalone,shellfishculturinga
2、lone,andalgaeandshellfishculturingtogether,sothearea,density,andvarietiesincreasegradually.Withsomepressureexisting,Shen’aoBayhasappearedthewaterqualityandtransparencydecline,seriousinsectpest,rottenalgae,aquacultureproductiondecrease,andsoon.Therefore,understandingoftheecol
3、ogicalhealthstatusishelpfultoconductthehealthydevelopmentofmarineculture.InordertounderstandthehealthstateinShen’aoBay,wesurveyallkindsofaquacultureregions,andchoosethenearbyecosystemwhichisn’talmostdisturbedbypeopletomakeacomparison.Furthermore,wemakeaquantitativeandintegra
4、tedassessmentaboutShen’aoBay,inordertounderstandtheoverallhealthstatusanditsproblems.Inthispaper,theresearchcontentsandresearchachievementsincludethefollowingaspects.(1)Therearetheresultsofthesurveyandstudyfrom2011to2012.InMay2011(summer),August(fall),November(winter),andinF
5、ebruary2012(spring),wesurveyedandmonitoredShen’aoBayandthereferencearearespectively.Themainecologicalfactorsincludehydrologicalindicator,waterqualityindicators,biologicalindicators,andheavymetalsofsedimentelements.Theresultsshowthetemperature,DO,andpHofthetwoareasarealmostsi
6、milar,butthesalinityofreferenceareaishigherthanShen’aoBay.Exceptforsomedifferencesinthespring,DIN,DIP,TN,TP,andCODofShen’aoBayinotherseasonsarehigher.Comparedwiththereferencearea,theannualaveragecontentofchlorophyllaishigh,andthedifferenceisintheautumnandwinter,theothertwose
7、asonsissimilar.ThewaterofShen’aoBayinwinterappearsslighteutrophicationandorganiccontamination,buttheotherseasons’waterandtotalwaterqualityisverygood.Thetotalspeciesandannualaveragediversityindexofphytoplanktonarelowerthanreferencearea,butitsevennessindexandcellsinthetotalnum
