5、·················3ⅠI标准下载网(www.bzxzw.com)JB/T10737-2007前言内燃机的气门座是保持燃烧室密封性、将气门热量传递到气缸盖,并保证内燃机可靠工作的一个重要零件。随着汽车工业的发展,性能指标的日趋强化,特别是实施日益严格的环保法规要求汽油无铅化,使气门座处于日益严酷的热力、化学和机械力综合作用的状况下工作,为了保证其工作可靠性和使用寿命,因而对所选用材料的性能指标提出了更高的要求。采用已有的普通材料制造的气门座,已很难适应发动机高比功率的强化要求。粉末冶金材料由于具有优良的耐热性和耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、切削
6、量小、材料利用率高、合金配比和零件设计自由度大、生产成本低等优点,因而在内燃机气门座领域得到越来越广泛的应用。由于国内目前尚未制定粉末冶金气门座的技术标准,为了促进技术进步和粉末冶金气门座产品共性的质量指标有一个评定依据,参照国外先进工业国家企业技术文件和产品图样,特制定本标准。本标准由中国机械工业联合会提出。本标准由全国内燃机标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准由上海内燃机研究所负责起草。本标准起草单位:上海内燃机研究所、安庆帝伯粉末冶金有限公司、绵阳沃特尔粉末冶金有限公司本标准主要起草人:本标准于2007年5月29日首次发布。IIJB/T107
7、37-2007内燃机粉末冶金气门座技术条件1范围本标准规定了内燃机粉末冶金气门座的技术要求、检验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于气缸直径200mm以下的往复活塞式内燃机的镶块式粉末冶金气门座(以下简称粉末冶金气门座)。2规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本,凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。GB/T223(所有部分)钢铁及合金化学分析
