2、esignalrepeatedly.Theaimofthisdissertationistotestreproducibilityandobjectivityoftheoptimizeddevicefordatacollection.Thisdissertationoptimizesthesignalprocessingcircuitofexistingdeviceandimprovessignalqualityandintensitybaseonnoiseanalysis.Itmodifiesthecircuittomodularityonthepremi

3、seofkeepingtheinputandoutputunchangedwhichcouldreducethevolumeofthedeviceandmakesmaintenanceeasier.ItalsoadaptsthebottomleveldriverandPCclientformakingdatatransfermoresafetyandeasierusing.Thisdissertationchooseswaveletpockettoresolvesignalsandselectthresholdaccordingthecharacterist

4、icofnoise.Minimumentropycouldcomputetheoptimalwaveletpacketbasiswhichcancel50HZnoiseeffectivelyandreservedetailsinformation.Baselinedriftsremovingusescubicsplineinterpolationandcouldchoosedifferentinterpolationpointswithdifferentdemand.Thedissertationimprovesthemethodofperiodsegmen

5、tationandmakesitsimpleandpreciseness.Beforesimilaritymeasurement,thisdissertationextractssignalfeaturesforbettersignalrepresentationandreducingprocessingcomplexity.Theextractedfeaturesinclude12dimensionsoftemporalpropertiesand5dimensionsofspatialproperties(theenergyfeatures).Standa

6、rdizationresearchusesstatisticalmethods,two-samplet-testandone-wayanalysisofvariancewhichareoftenusinginmedicalanalysis.Inordertoobtainconvincingresultsbothinmedicalandcomputersciencefields,thisdissertationusesdynamictimewarpingtoselectsimilarcyclesinwith-insample.Althoughstatistic

7、almethodshaveanti-interferenceabilitypartly,theyarehelplessforreflectingrealsimilaritywhennoisesuptoacertainextent.DTWcouldremoveabnormalperiodsandchoosethemoresimilarperiodstoextractfeature.WiththeoptimizedfeaturesbyDTW,statisticalmethodscandrawascientificandobjectiveconclusiontha
