2、e,anditisweakwhenthereisasharpchangeorincreasingofdroughtclasses.Basedonthephasespacereconstruction,theVolterrafunctionseriesandtheVolterraadaptivefilteralgorithm(NLMS),aVolterraadaptivefilterpredictionmodelwasestablished.Themodelpracticeoflong-leaddroughtforecastingiseffectiveandt
