3、ollersofautoindustrychainmustadjusttheirsalesandserviceschannelandcooperatedcloselywiththeirdealerstochallengecompetitions.Moreover,theexcellentaftersalesalsocanextendthebrandofvehicleandimprovetheroyaltyandconfidenceofcustomers.Butastomanagementinformati
4、onsystem,thecompanyinternalITsystemsthatcanonlyresolveitsinternalbusinessproblemsseldomconsiderthecooperationbetweenautocompanyanditsdealersandthereforecannotbeadaptedtothetrendofautocompany’sregulatingthesalesbusinesschain.TheemergenceofDMS(DealerManagem

8、增长率的局面到了2004年却嘎然而止。此后,宏观调控、油价不断走高、环保法规等等一系列重大因素,就像高速公路上的一条条减速带,让高速奔跑的“中国汽车”不得不减速慢了下来。于是,汽车厂商们纷纷祭出价格法宝以维持销量,先是低价车的降价游戏,接着是中价车在“多米诺骨牌”效应下无一例外地宣布降价,而奥迪的降价宣告高档车也加入了降价阵营⋯⋯。连续不断的价格战使得整车厂和它的代理商在整车业务的利润迅速下滑,中国“整车为王”的时代似乎已渐行
