3、onservationandemissionsreductionconstraintisdifferentfromthetraditionalpowerstructureoptimization,itretainthetraditionalobjectivefunctionofeconomiccostminimization,addingtheminimumenergyconsumptionandpollutantemissionsforobjectivefunctionasafirstpriority,tomakepowerstructure
4、morereasonablewhenmeetingtheelectricitydemandconditions,thelevelofreliabilityandpowergenerationsystemstableinplanningyear.Foralongtime,influencedbytheregion'senergystructure,thepowerstructureofInnerMongoliaisformedmainlycoal-firedpower,hydropower,windpower,solarenergyandothe
5、rnewenergypowergenerationastheauxiliarypowersupplypattern.SuchasinglestructurehasbroughtseriousproblemstoInnerMongolia:thenon-renewablecoalwasconsumedbyalargenumber,andSO2andNOXemissionsofelectricitygenerationincreaseddramatically,whichisnotconducivetothesustainabledevelopme
6、ntofpowerindustryandthewholearea.Sincethe21stcentury,ourcountrybegantovigorouslypromoteenergyconservationandemissionsreduction.Asabigprovinceofenergyconsumptionandpollution,InnerMongoliashouldpositivelyresponsenationalpolicyofenergyconservationandemissionsreduction,achieving
7、therequirementsforourcountry.ThepowerindustryisthefocusindustryforenergysavinginInnerMongolia,coalpowergenerationaccountedfor50%oftheregion'scoalconsumption,SO2emissionsofelectricitygenerationaccountsforabouthalfoftheregion'stotalemissions,andNOXproduced70%ofthewholeregion.T
