1、摘要摘要随着生活质量的提高，人们对于个人的身体健康状况越来越重视。而无线传感网、物联网等新技术的出现，也为个人的健康监护提供了有力的技术支持。通过蓝牙、ZigBee等通信方式，可以方便的将个人健康信息传输至服务器。对数据的归档和分析，对于个人健康的长期监控具有重要意义。本文在分析了ZigBee和健康监护市场的发展状况后，认为ZigBee作为物联网的核心技术之一，在健康领域有着巨大的发展潜力。而目前医疗健康市场的发展趋势是产品标准化、设备间通信标准化。虽然ZigBee也在标准化方面做了巨大努力，但目前符合ZigBee标准的健康监护系统仍然很少。为了

2、实现医疗健康网络的标准化，本文基于ZigBeeHealthCare（ZHC）标准设计了一套健康监护系统。该系统由信息汇聚节点（DCU-DataCollectionUnit），血氧仪和摔倒检测器组成，通过ZHC协议进行数据的传输。信息汇聚节点基于Linux平台开发，接收来自传感设备的信息，并通过人机界面显示。血氧仪和摔倒检测器分别通过ZHC协议和自订通信协议与DCU通信。该系统的设计重点为实现嵌入式的ZHC协议栈。该协议栈在传输层通过ZigBee通信，而在应用层通过ISO/IEEE11073协议实现健康数据的封包。在研究了ZHC协议之后，首先将开源

3、11073协议栈移植到了Z-Stack平台上，实现了血氧信息的11073协议封装。然后按照ZHC协议要求完成了ZHC协议栈的开发，实现了11073协议数据包的收发，以及多连接的管理和维护等功能。完成的协议栈运行在DCU和血氧仪上，实现了血氧数据的标准化传输。本论文设计的ZHC协议栈，可以实现ZigBee组网以及通信的标准化。设计的健康监护系统符合ZHC协议标准，能够实现血氧的测量和摔倒的检测，并无线传输到DCU上进行显示。关键词：ZigBeeZ-StackISO/IEEE11073健康监护系统AbstractAbstractMoreandmore
