2、ization.Inthedesigningandmanufacturingprocessofthesprayingchamberanddryingchamber,duetothepresenceofalargenumberofsimilarparts,itmakesdesignersengageinalotofrepetitiveworkandaffectsthedesignefficiency.Therefore,thispaperaimstocombine3DparametricdesignwithsecondarydevelopmentofSolidWorksandbuildaseto
3、f3Dparametricdesignsoftware,whichissignificantforimprovingthedesigningefficiencyofchamberparts.Accordingtothetechnicalmaterialsofsprayingchamberanddryingchamberinthepaintingproductionline,the3Dparametricdesignprogramisraised,whichincludesusingSolidWorkssoftwaretocomplete3Dmodelingofpartsandassemblya
4、ndusing3Dparametricdesigntechnologytodriverelevantdimensionsof3Dmodels.Meanwhile,chamberparts’3DparametricdesignsystemwillcomeoutthroughinteractiveinterfacetechnologyandthesecondarydevelopmentofSolidWorkswhichisbasedonVisualBasicProgramminglanguage.Itconsistsofpartsmodule,drawingmoduleandassemblymod
5、ule.Thesystemcanautomaticallygenerate3Dmodelsand2Ddrawingsandimplementproducts’serialization,standardizationandmodulardesign.Thedevelopmentof3Dparametricdesignsoftwareofpaintingchamberpartswillimprovedesignefficiency,reduceworkintensityofdesigners,shortenproductdevelopmentcycle,andenhancethecomprehe
