2、fthepowersystemchange,thepowerindustry,especiallythepowergenerationenterprises,facemoreandmoreintensecompetition.Therefore,newmeansofmanagement,andreductionofcostbyimprovingthemanagementareneededtoenhancethecompetitivenessofenterprises.ERP(Enterpriseresourceplanning)isanewmanagementmodeinsupplyc
3、hainmanagementasthecoreidea,whichcombinesinformationtechnologyandadvancedmanagementideas.Itcanhelpenterprisesimprovethemanagementlevel.TheimplementationofERPnowisthetrendforthepowergenerationenterprisestostandintheworldmarket.ThisthesisfirstlyanalyzesthebasicconceptsanddevelopmenttrendofERP,revi
4、ewstheERPapplicationintheelectricpowerindustry,andstudiestheERPimplementbackgroundinYunhepowerplant.ThestudyshowsthatitisnecessaryandvariabletotakeoutERPinYunhepowerplant.Thenthepresentsituation,thebusinessneed,andthepracticalproblemsofYunhepowerplantareanalyzed,basedonwhichthemoduleapplicationf
5、rameworkoftheERPsystemissetup.Eachmoduleofthesystem,includingproductionmanagementmodule,equipmentmanagementmodule,materialmanagementmoduleandfinancialmanagementmodule,isdetailedstudied.Finally,accordingtotheERPimplementstrategyandthemanagementcharacterofelectricpowerenterprises,theunitedimplemen
