2、tmentintheCentralandintheWestexceedstheiroptimalscaleonlyinindividualyears.ItsaysthatpublicinvestmentoftheEastsurplus,andtheCentralandtheWestarelackofpublicinvestment.Inthethird,theeffectofeconomicgrowthofChina'spublicinvestmentstructureindifferentregional

3、sanditsdifferencesarestudied.OnthebriefanalysisofthestructureofthepublicinvestmentintheEast，CentralandWestofourcountry,thispaperusescointegrationtestofVARsystemtoanalyzeregionaleconomicgrowtheffectofdifferentpublicinvestmentproject,andthenusesthresholdregr

4、essionmodeltostudytheregionaloptimalsizeofdifferentinvestmentprojects.TheresultsoftheregionaleconomicgrowtheffectshowsthatoutputelasticityofpublicinvestmentonHealthandSocialworkintheEast，CentralandWestare64.55%，55.34%and42.95%.Obviously,publicinvestment'so

5、utputelasticityisdifferentindifferentregions.Thesameconclusionappliestootherpublicinvestmentindustries,namelythattheoutputelasticityofpublicinvestmentontheallindustriesstudiedinthispaperhaveregionaldifferences.Thestudyontheoptimalscaleofdifferentinvestment

6、projectshowsthattheoptimalsizeofpublicinvestmentonthesixindustrystudiedintheWestarelargerthanthatintheEastandCentral.ItexplainsthatpublicinvestmenthasextremelyimportancetoeconomicgrowthintheWest.Finally,onthispaper'sstudy,somesuggestionsofpublicinvestmenta

7、ndregionaleconomiccoordinateddevelopmentareputforward.ItisnecessarytocontrolamountofpublicinvestmentwhileoptimizespublicinvestmentstructureintheEast.ItisalsonecessarytoincreaseinvestmentineducationandtechnologyindustryoftheEast.TheCentralandtheWestshouldap
