2、scholarshaveproposedtheuseofautomaticplanningalgorithmtoobtaintheoptimaldesign.However,thebasestationsitingconsiderations,suchasoptimizationoftrafficareas,coverageandcostissues,thecurrentoptimizationsearchalgorithmtosolveitisnotagoodcandidateforalargenumberofsolutions,theoptimiz
3、ationprocessiscomplex,multimodalsearchspaceandotherproblems.PSOalgorithmoriginatedinthestudyofgroupbehaviorofbirds,isanonlinearfunctionforcontinuousoptimizationofartificialintelligencealgorithms,asaswarmintelligence-basedoptimizationalgorithm,PSOalgorithmcanheusedtosolveavariety
4、ofnon-linear,non-differentiableandmultimodalcomplexoptimizationproblems.ButtherePSOalgorithmeasilyfallintolocalminima,lateslowconvergenceandpooraccuracyflaws.ForPSOalgorithmsearchaccuracyisnothigh,easytofallintolocalminimumdeficienciesOverall,thispaperpresentsanimprovedPSOalgori
5、thm,andappliedTD-LTEbasestationsitinginoptimization.Themainworkandinnovationofthispaperisasfollows:(1)ThispaperpresentsanimprovedPSOalgorithmeasytoimplement,theeffectisobvious.Improvedmainlytwoaspects:ontheonehand,particleswarmparticlewithaweightedaverageofindividualextremealter
