1、硕士论文甘肃农村金融发展问题研究中文摘要本文以社会主义新农村建设为背景，农村金融改革为出发点，主要运用规范分析与实证分析、定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法。在运用相关理论研究成果和总结实践经验的基础上，对甘肃农村经济、农村金融现状和存在的问题，以及农村金融与农村经济的关系进行了较为系统的分析，指出了甘肃农村金融发展思路和重点，提出了实现甘肃农村金融与农村经济持续协调发展的建议。以期能为促进甘肃农村金融体系完善发挥可能的参考作用。全文共分五个部分。第一部分，绪论。简要说明了选题的背景、目的和意义，本文的理论依据、研究思路、研究方法与可能的创新之处，并对国内外研究动态进行了综述。第二部分，甘肃省

2、新农村建设现状及存在的主要问题。重点对甘肃省主要农业经济指标、农民生活水平、农业机械化发展水平、农业和农村基础设施、文教卫生及社会保障水平等进行了科学、客观的评价，找出甘肃省新农村建设中存在的突出问题，指出了新农村建设瓶颈之一是农村金融问题。第三部分，甘肃省农村金融现状分析及存在的主要问题。重点对甘肃省农村金融现状进行分析，结合大量的统计数据对农村正规金融和非正规金融进行了全面的分析，指出了甘肃省农村金融存在的主要问题。第四部分，甘肃省农村正规金融发展与农村经济增长实证分析。运用灰色关联分析方法对甘肃农村正规金融与农村经济发展之间关联程度进行分析，发现农村金融与农村经济发展之间高度相关。第
