1、摘要为了满足国家在电力行业提出的一体化平台建设的要求。本文结合电力行业的特殊性以及一体化平台建设现状的优缺点，通过对现有系统进行分析，提出了软件集成框架的信息化建设思路：主要将各个系统中的基础功能抽取出来，通过webservice技术以及相关的开源技术等，建设软件集成框架，最终所有的业务系统都可以通过接入到软件集成框架，从而完成一体化平台的建设。通过这种方式，可以减少重复建设，保证数据库的一致存放和高效访问，最终实现对应用系统的合理规划、建设和掌控，从而满足一体化信息平台建设过程中的需要。本文主要包括以下研究内容：1．首先，从电力行业的特点出发，结合公司一体化平台现存的问题，提出软件集成框架

2、的需求，以保证软件集成的框架符合既定的目标。2．其次，对软件集成框架提出具体的解决方案，包括各个子模块、子功能的采用到的方法以及是如何实现的加以说明。其中，结合现有的技术，根据各个模块的具体功能，对这些技术进行扩展，加以改造，比如日志管理，通过扩展其现有的l094j日志插件，提供能更符合需求的功能；另外，权限控制这一部分，通过结合RBAC权限模型，提出基于多维组织的权限模型，更加符合集团企业的权限控制要求。3．最后，通过物资调配系统在软件集成框架中的应用，来进一步解释其工作机理，并且证实设计的软件集成框架达到既定的目标。物资调配平台是电力行业一体化平台建设的一部分，通过软件集成框架，只需要对
