3、patientsenrolledinthisstudy,betweenJune2013toDecember2014toacceptuptoayearoffsafetystandardizationofhousedustmiteallergen-specificoriginalformulationimmunotherapy.Beforetreatment,the51patientshadtodetectserumsIgEantibodiesanddotheskinpricktest.2.Recordedandcomparedpatients’
4、signsandsymptomsscore,visualanaloguescale(VAS)scorebeforeSIT,aftertheinitialtreatmentandoneyeartreatment.3.Curativeeffectevaluation：Signsandsymptomsofpre-treatmenttotalscoreminusthetotalscoreaftertreatment,anddividetheresultbythetotalscorebeforetreatment.4.Patientswerefollo
5、wedup,recordingtheiradversereactions,analysisofpatientcompliance,recordthereasonsforinterruptionoftreatment.5.IgG4-ElisatestwasusedtodetectserumsIgG4beforeSIT,afterfinishedtheinitialtreatmentandoneyeartreatmentofARpatient.AnalyzethecorrelationofsIgG4levelswithpatients’signs
