1、l‘华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要IMS(IP多媒体子系统)由3GPP标准化组织在R5版本中提出,是下一代网络核心组成部分之一,未来的实时多媒体服务对于实时性和延迟的要求很高,需要QOS(服务质量)的支持,为了满足实时多媒体业务的需求,OoS是IMS急需解决的关键问题之一。本文首先介绍了IMS体系架构,分析了IMS的QoS机制以及无线网络端到端QoS信令建立流程。然后对基于策略的管理机制进行了深入分析与研究,并对SIP协议进行了扩展,且基于OPNET构建了仿真实现模型,着重对策略调度算法进行了仿真研究。本文提出了一种新的基于策略的QoS机制,并设计改进了PDF(策略决策功能模
