1、摘要物流成为当今企业第三利润的源泉，众多的企业开始逐渐把物流作为企业利润新的增长点，因而促进了物流行业的发展。我国物流行业基本从原来的运输业、贸易和邮电行业发展而来，同时分类上可以分为企业内部物流和外部物流。物流行业的发展促使原有传统运输型企业向现代物流管理模式发展。传统运输型企业为了顺利转型，实现战略目标，必须根据现代物流理论进行业务流程再造。首先，本文分析了传统运输与现代物流的关系，研究了运输型企业向现代物流企业转型的本质——货物运输物流化的特征；找出了传统运输型企业向现代物流企业转型的关键问题。其次

2、，论文以原某国有大型企业物资管理局下属的二级运输单位A企业为研究对象，剖析A企业面临的机遇与挑战；确定了A企业应由传统运输型企业向现代物流企业转型的方案；优化了转型企业的组织结构；构建了转型后的企业文化。然后，论文从理论出发，在实践的基础上以企业资源分析为前提条件，探索了流程再造的实践方法，给出了业务流程再造的原则和方案。最后，依据《物流企业分类与评估指标》国家标准，建立了基于AHP的企业转型评价模型，并对A企业转型再造绩效进行了评价，评价结果显示A企业选择向现代物流转型再造符合市场要求，为企业的发展注入
