2、施工企业作为一个特殊的行业，其建筑施工的流动性，投资的持久性等特点，使其财务分析指标体系的构成不同于一般的生产型企业。只有针对施工企业提出专门的财务分析指标体系并进行优化改进，才能为其提供真实准确的财务信息。本文针对施工企业的财务分析指标体系进行了分析设计，首先对现有财务分析指标体系的理论知识予以了介绍，接着结合施工企业的特点进行了专项财务分析指标体系的探讨，然后在杜邦分析体系的基础上构建了一套施工企业的财务分析指标体系，并通过增加一些动态的分析指标，引入一些新的思想等，对其进行了优化，最后对其
