1、平板电视缓冲包装结构的优化设计摘要本文通过对市场调查的结果出发,展望了未来LCWPDPTV的缓冲包装结构设计趋势。通过对EPS,EPE,蜂窝纸板与瓦楞纸板等几种材料的生产、环保及缓冲等方面的性能的对比,预判了未来LCWPDPTV的缓冲包装设计材料的选择方向。、通过对目前市场上包装LCD/PDPTv的EPS和EPE的缓冲结构设计举例,作者延伸了结构设计的用材及组合范围,详细介绍了EPE与瓦楞纸板箱结合的缓冲包装结构设计过程、EPE与蜂窝纸板结合的缓冲包装结构设计过程和全瓦楞纸板缓冲包装结构设计过程。通过对三种新型LCD/PDPTV的缓冲包装结构设计过程的介绍,用事实证明了作者的观点:L
