1、摘要组件媒体网关控制器、媒体网关和信令网关的功能实现及互联协议；研究了各类用户接入NGN实验网络的解决方案、NGN实验网编号方案、网管和计费的解决方案等，最后提出了NGN实验网络的组网设计方案。本文还研究了NGN承载网络的安全、包括网络容灾及承载网的OoS解决方案及IP语音时延问题。在网络安全方面，在接入层对用户的接入和业务的使用进行严格控制的解决方案、以保证NGN网络的安全，最大限度地防止NGN网络内部的安全隐患。在OoS保证方面，提出了在不同网络层面分别采用带宽+DiffServ的方式来保证NGN业务的QoS
