1、摘要烟草行业税利是国家财政收入的重要来源之一，烟草物流作为行业经营成本产生的主要环节，其管理水平在严重影响行业税利的同时，还对于营销渠道建设：客户服务水平等工作形成制约，因而引起企业和学术界的广泛关注。为了提高我国烟草物流管理水平，全面贯彻落实科学发展观，应对全球经济环境变化带来的挑战，近年来烟草行业主管部门结合物流业调整和振兴规划，大力推进烟草物流的管理改革和技术创新，致力于物流管理现代化和物流技术设施更新改造。目前，整个行业现代物流设施建设及技术设备更新基本完成，基于现代物流设施设备的管理方案成为亟待解决的问题。本文在广泛查阅文献资料的基础上，充分借鉴国内外

2、烟草行业现代物流管理的成功经验，以石家庄卷烟物流系统为研究对象，深入企业调查研究，获取第一手资料，以资源整合为指导思想，运用模糊聚类分析方法，依据新建烟草物流中心的仓储、分拣、包装及配送等能力，大胆提出打破行政区域界限、基于经济区域的卷烟二级配送中心选址方案，进而采用遗传算法，对配送线路及车辆安排进行全面优化，以此来整合烟草物流的配送能力，实现提高配送效率、降低物流成本、改善服务水平的目标，满足行业发展需求，全面提升烟草行业的核心竞争力。关键词石家庄卷烟；烟草；烟草物流；选址；物流系统整合；优化河北科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractTaxesandprofit
