3、wwerestudied.Experimentswereconductedona25.4mm,temperaturecontrolledflowloop.Bychangingthephysicalpropertiesofdifferentoilproducts,oilcontent,flowrateandtemperature,theflowprocessofoil—waterdispersedflow,dropletsizeanddistribution,pipelinepressuredropgradient,apparentviscosityofoil-wa
4、termixturewereexplored,andthechangelawofdynamicinstabilityandthermodynamicinstabilityofthedispersedsystem,whichrevealedthenatureofoil—watertwo-phaseflowinmicrocosmicaspect.Theresultsshowedthatinoil··watertwo··phasedispersedflowtheaveragedropletsizediminishedastheflowrateincreased,andg
5、rewasthetemperaturerose.Butastheoilcontentincreased,theaveragedropletsizeincreasedfirstlyandthenshrunkgradually.Afterstatisticallyanalyzingthedistributionofdropletsizeunderdifferentworkingconditions,aconclusionwasdrewthatinoil·-watertwo-·phasedispersedflowthebehaviorofdropletsizefollo
6、wedLog—Normalprobabilitystatisticsdistributionrule.Apparentviscosityofoilandwatermixtureismainlydependentonthepropertiesofoil.Theapparentviscosityofoilwithlowviscosityremainedpracticallyunchangedastheflowrateincreased,buttheapparentviscosityofoilwithhighviscositydecreasedlinearlywithi
