1、镪嘲⑧天津大謦十目近代暂--FJf大}硕士学位论文一I-0-●■■跚，涠■■■●¨a■■_学科专业：工商管理作者姓名：张红军指导教师：唐万生教授2005年5月中文摘要融资是所有企业都面临的问题，无论是创办一个新企业，还是现有企业的扩张，都需要融资。中国是一个资金短缺的国家，融资难是中国企业的现实。如何在众多的融资模式中找到本企业最佳的融资模式，使企业的投资发展资金得以保证，企业的资本结构更加合理，降低资本成本，这在企业的经营发展中尤为重要。本文通过对英美模式、日本的主银行模式和德国全能银行融资模式的比较研究，借鉴国外的做法，并考虑到我国的实际情况，认为，我国企业融资模式的选择

2、可以分两步走：一是近期过渡式的融资模式，即以银行为主导的间接融资为主的模式，二是未来目标融资模式，即证券融资与银行贷款并重、市场约束性强的多元化融资模式。本文还对上市公司资本结构与融资行为实证研究，并提出了解决上市公司配股融资行为背后隐含的深层次问题的方法。关键词：融资模式融资行为资本结构配股融资增发融资ABSTRACTThemarginistheproblemthatallbusinessenterprisesesface，regardlessistoestablishanewbusinessenterprise，stilltheexistingbusinessenterp
