5、·················⋯⋯27文件的编号与审批································································································⋯⋯5DL/T847一2004前言本标准是为供电企业贯彻GB/T19001〕族标准,建立并实施质量管理体系,规范文件编写而制定的。编写格式符合GBfI'1.1《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准的结构和编写规则》的规定。本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。本标准由中国电力企业联合会会员部归口。本标准负责起草单位
6、:大连供电公司。参加起草单位:北京供电公司、银川供电局、潍坊供电公司、柳州供电局、珠海供电分公司。本标准主要起草人:许文波、谢新平、谢杨、郎需民、薛福军、黄富荣。DL/T847一2004引言0.1总则电力行业推行的创一流企业活动,使国内许多供电企业提高了设备健康水平、管理水平和服务水平,但由于供电企业的地域性服务特点以及各自规模和结构的不同,很难找到一个可以对供电企业质量管理水平进行评价的统一准则。GB/T19001〕族标准为供电企业建立质量管理体系提出了要求,也为评价其电能供应服务质量提供了依据和准则。本标准从行业管理的角度出发,以在供电企业推
7、行GB/T19001-2000《质量管理体系要求》为目的,规范了供电企业质量管理体系文件的一般编写要求。0.2GB/T19000族标准的应用GB/T19000族下述标准可帮助不同地域和规模的供电企业实施并运行有效的质量管理体系。这些标准包括:一一GBrF19000-2000《质量管理体系基础和术语》表述质量管理体系基础知识并规定质量管理体系术语;—GB/T19001-2000《质量管理体系要求》规定质量管理体系要求,用于证实供电企业具有提供满足顾客要求和适用的法规要求的产品的能力,目的在于增进顾客满意;-一GBrr19004-2000《质量管理体
