3、uildaharmonioussocialistsociety.Asthemainenergyindustryinthedevelopmentofoureconomy,industrialinjuriesarealsounavoidableandareincreasingincoalindustry.Inthefourthquarterof2011,therehappened15seriousaccidentsand71peoplearemurdered.Ithasacomplexgeologicalcircumstanceu

4、nderthecoalmineandnaturaldisastersalsohappenfrequentlyunderthecoalmine.Boththeindustrialaccidentandthepneumoconiosisthreatthesafetyoftheworkersofthecoalindustry.So,toresearchtheindustrialinjuryinsuranceofthecoalindustryhasgreatsignificanceforimprovingtheindustrialin

5、juryinsurancesystemofthecoalindustryandreducingtherateofaccident.Thispaperusestatisticalmethodtoanalysisindustrialaccidentswhichhappenincoalindustry.Firstly,thisarticletakesthe“InjuryInsuranceRegulations”whichwasimplementedin2004asthedividinglinetoanalysisindustrial
