3、rojectcontractinglevelsandgrowinglarge—scaleprojects．Optimizationofprojectcontractingfromstructuresandfieldsinvolvingpetrochemical，transportation，electricityandelectroniccommunicationsrealizesaturnoverofforeignprojectcontractingfromquantitytoquality．Althoughinre

4、centyearsChinesecontractorsoverseasmadecertainachievementsinprojectcontracting，itstillshouldbenotedthattheforeigncontractedprojectsarefacingagrimsituationwimincreasingrisks．Unexpectedriskeventsresultinginincreasedprojectcosts，scheduledelaysandlossesoccurred、^，it
