7、····⋯262232前言本标准是根据原电力工业部技综「1996]51号文“关于下达19%年电力行业标准制定、修订计划项目的通知”的安排编制的,本标准在编制的过程中既考虑了国内电站管件制造厂的实际生产水平,又尽可能多地采用国际先进技术和国内可以达到的较高标准,以保证电站钢制管件生产产品的高质量、规范化和电站运行的可靠性。目前已经有GB12459《钢制无缝对焊管件》、GB/1'13401《钢板制无缝管件》、GB/I'14383《锻钢制承插焊管件》和GB/1'14626《锻钢制螺纹管件》等新颁国家标准,以及近期电力工业部的部颁标准DL/T515《电站弯管》和DIA7
