1、村委会换届选举办法为了保障村民依法行使民主权利，确保换届选举工作依法顺利进行，根据《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》和《甘肃省村民委员会选举办法》、《甘肃省村民委员会选举规程》，结合本村实际，制定本选举办法。一、本村第八次村民委员会设主任1人，副主任1人，委员3人，其中妇女委员1人。村民委员会主任正式候选人应当分别比应选名额多1人，委员的正式候选人比应选名额多1人。二、本次村民委员会换届实行由村民选举委员会主持召开村民会议或者各村民小组会议，由过半数登记参加选举的村民直接提名。三、村民委员会的换届选举工作在村党组织的
2、领导下，由村民选举委员会主持，并接受县、镇村级组织换届选举工作领导机构的指导。四、村民选举委员会主持村民委员会的选举工作。村民选举委员会由新一届村民代表会议推选产生。村民选举委员会成员被提名为村民委员会成员候选人的，应当退出村民选举委员会。村民选举委员会行使职责至新一届村民委员会召开第一次会议时止。村民选举委员会成员退出村民选举委员会或其他原因出缺的，按照原推选结果依次递补。五、本次村民委员会换届选举日为2013年1月13日，选民登记时间为2013年12月16日至2013年12月20日。六、年满十八周岁的村民，包括户
3、籍在本村的农业户口和非农业户口人员，不分民族、种族、性别、职业、家庭出身、宗教信仰、教育程度、财产状况、居住期限，都有选举权和被选举权；但依照法律被剥夺政治权利的人除外。村民委员会选举前，应对下列人员进行登记，列入参加选举的村民名单：⑴户籍在本村并且在本村居住的村民；⑵户籍在本村，不在本村居住，本人表示参加选举的村民；⑶reducingpathogeninvasionandstrengthenthehens.Introductionofpathogencontrolhowchickens.Focustestingeg
