2、heviewofeconomy.TakeGraphtheory,numericalanalysis,optimizationtheoryandartificialintelligencealgorithmsasguidancetools,onetwo-stepoptimizationtechniqueisputforwardinthestudy.Itincludestwoparts:optimizationofnetworklayoutandoptimizationofpipesize.Thes

3、tudyusesimprovedLine-upCompetitionAlgorithm(LCA)togetthebestnetworklayout,andadoptshierarchicaloptimizationmethodbasedonimprovedSimulatedAnnealingGeneticAlgorithm(SA-GA)togettheoptimalcombinationofpipesize.①Thisthesistakestheeconomicindicatorsasthepi

4、peweight,whichovercomethedrawbacksofsimplytakingthelengthasthepipeweightandmaketheoptimizationmethodtoreflecttheactualbetter.Besides,thisstudymakesaimprovementcombiningMayeda-Seshualgorithmingraphtheory,whichcanavoidthegenerationofunfeasiblesolutioni

5、nthemutationprocess.②ByanalyzingexistingTPNdesignmodesandinsurethepressure,theflowandthevelocityconstraintconditionssatisfytheconstraints,anoptimizationmodelfordiameteroptimizationwasestablished,thantakethehierarchicaloptimizationmethodbasedonimprove

6、dSA-GAtosolvethemodel.Besides,thisarticlemakesomeimprovementsonconstraintsprocessing,coding,selectionoperatorandcrossoveroperatortoimprovethesearchefficiency.③Thetwo-stepoptimizationtechniqueisputforwardinthestudywiththecombinationofoptimizationofnet

7、worklayoutandoptimizationofpipesize.Withthismethod,aruralwatersupplynetworksystemwasdesigned.First,agoodnetworklayoutisfixed,thenimprovedSA-GAisusedtogetareasonablecombinationofpipesize.TheresultshowsthathierarchicaloptimizationmethodbasedonimprovedS
