1、AbstractWiththeprosperityofsmartgrid,electricvehicles(EVs),emergingasatypicalcleanenergytransportation,achieveafastdevelopment.Meanwhile,thetime—varyingelectricitypricesmakeitpossiblefortheschedulingofEVschargingaswellastheinteractionbetweenEVsandthedistribu
2、tiongrid.Essentially,anEVcanberegardedasenergystorage.SelectingproperchargingslotwillcontributetothecostreductionforanindividualEV.Basedonthechargingbehavior,EVscanbedividedintotwocategories:privateandpublic.Comparedwiththeprivateones,publicEVspossessmorecom
3、plicatedchargingbehaviorandconsumemuchmorepowersincetheykeepservingthepublicallthetime.Consequently,itisimportanttoschedulepublicEVscharging.Inthisstudy,wefocusontheschedulingofPlug·inElectricTaxies(PET)charging.First—ly,itisassumedthatthePEToperatesideallyw
4、ithalinearbatterymodeltargetingatminimiz—ingchargingcost.Consideringthelimitationofbatterycapacity,theproblemismodeledasaMarkovdecisionprocess.Duetotherandomnessofreal.timeprices,weutilizestochasticdynam—icprogrammingandproposeabackwardinductionthresholdcomp
5、utingalgorithmtocalculatethethresholdsinadvance.ThePETcanmakedecisionbysimplycomparingtheactualpricewiththethreshold.Thetheoreticalanalysisofthealgorithmisalsoprovided.Secondly,basedonthepreviousscenario,theadditionalcostandbatterylossareconsideredandarealis
6、ticbatterymodelisappliedleadingtoanonlinearchargingprocess.Then,thepreviousalgorithmisemployedhereanditseffectivenessisverifiedthroughsimulation.Finally,toobtainaglobaloptimalsolution,weutilizetheperiodicityofmeanpricestOtransfertheproblemfrominfinitetimehor
