2、dthemoststraightforwardwaytoproducenanofibersbyforcingapolymersolutionormeltthroughaspinneretwithahiIghvoltageelectricfield.Inourstudytheelectrospunfibersaredefinedasthesecontinuousfibers、析thdiameterofbetween10nnland50am,muchsmallerthanthediameteroftraditionalfibers.Electropunfibersalwayscollecta
3、sanonwovenfabriconagroundedplatebelowthesprayer.Theseareanyeffectsthatthebulkformofthesanlematerialdoesnotpossessconsideringthenanoscaleandfractalstructureofelectrospunfibers,forexample,unusualstrength,highthermalandelectricconductivity,andhighsurfaceenergyTherefore,herewewouldliketohighlightthei
4、mportanceofelectrospunfibers,ingeneral,forkindsofapplicationslikesoundabsorption,feltfilter,tissueengineering,drugrelease,wounddressing,andpreparationofCNTsetc.Theelectrospinningprocessofthepolymersolutionisstudied.Inthiswork,weevaluatesystematicallytheeffectsoftheprocessingparameterssuchassoluti
5、onconcentration,spinningvoltage,distanceofcollection,diameterofthesprayerandenvironmentaltemperatureonthediameterandthemorphologyoftheelectrospunfibers.Wefindthatthediameteroftheelectrospunfibersincreaseswiththeincreaseofsolutionconcentration.Increasingelectrospinningvoltagedecreasesthediameterof
