2、eringofatmosphericgases.Inthisthesis,Zn(NO3)2andC6H12N4wereusedastherawmaterials,usingthehydrothermalmethodbycontrollingthegrowthsubstrate,reactingtemperature,pHofthereactingsolutionandaddingdifferentamountofglycoltosynthesizeZnO.Therod-like,bamboo-like,flower-likeandreticular-like
3、ZnOhadbeensuccessfullyfabricatedatdifferentconditions,amongthemthereticular-likeandflower-likeZnOthatsynthesizedonthetwosidesofthealuminumplateshavebeenfabricatedatthefirsttime,andit’salsoprovedtherepeatability.Andtheproductswereanalyzedbyscanningelectronmicroscope,X-RayDiffraction
4、,photoluminescenceandsoon,thegrowthmechanismofthedifferentmorphologiesthatsynthesizedatdifferentconditionswerealsodiscussed.IthasimprovedinthethesisthatthemorphologyofTiO2substratehaslittleeffectonthemorphologyofZnO,butthemorphologyofZnOgrowsmuchmoreuniformlywiththesubstrate.ThepHa
5、lsoplaysanimportantroleinthemorphologyofZnO,totaldifferentmorphologieswouldbefabricatedunderdifferentpH.WhenthepH=14,amorphologywithlargespecificsurfaceareacanbefabricated.Thechangingreactingtemperaturedoesn’tchangethemorphologiesoftheZnOthinfilmwhichwasassembledbyZnOmicrorodsthats
6、ynthesizedonthesubstrate,butonlychangethemorphologiesthatgrewontheZnOthinfilm.Theadditionofglycolmadetheflake-likestructureswithhighsurfacetovolumeratiomucheasiertobegot.Andwhentheadditionofglycolis10ml,theflakereachesthenanometerlevel.DependonallfactorsthatcaninfluencetheZnOmorpho
