3、erformedonauncoatedfusedsilicacapillaryof55cm×75µmID(47cmeffectivelength).20mmol/LNaH2PO4+100mmol/LSDS+80%formamidebuffersolution(pH7.12)wasselectedfortherunningbuffer.Thevoltageappliedwas15kV.Thesamplewasinjectedbygravity(5s,15cm).Thedetectionwavelengthwas254nm.Theinternalstanda
4、rdwasberberinehydrochloride.The−1linearrangesofdeterminationforimperatorinandisoimperatorinwere8.0~40.0µg·ml−1(r=0.9987)and4.0~20.0µg·ml(r=0.9990).TheaveragerecoveryforimperatorininRadixAngelicaedahuricaewas100.1%,precisionofthemethodwas2.83%(RSD,n=6).Theaveragerecoveryforisoimpe
5、ratorininRadixAngelicaedahuricaewas102.4%,precisionofthemethodwas3.07%(RSD,n=6).TheaveragerecoveryforimperatorininYuanhuZhitongPianwas101.3%,precisionofthemethodwas2.58%(RSD,n=6).TheaveragerecoveryforisoimperatorininYuanhuZhitongPianwas100.2%,precisionofthemethodwas2.64%(RSD,n=6)
6、.Themethodprovedtobeconveient、rapidandwell·i·repeatable,andcanbeusedforquantitativedeterminationofRadixAngelicaedahuricaeandYuanhuZhitongPian.Chapter3Toestablishamethodforthedeterminationofberberinehydrochloride、palmatinehydrochloride、jatrorrhizinehydrochlorideandtetrahydropalmat
