2、ertoscientificallysustainablesocio-economicdevelopment,wemustabandonthetraditionalproductionmethods.Thenewproductionmethodwhichhashigherenergyefficiencyandloweremissionisimperative.Thekeyproblemishowtoimprovetheefficiencyofenergyandreducetheemission.Combinedcooling,heatingandpowers

3、ystem(CCHP)isanewmethod,whichcanrecoverwasteheatfromtheprocessofproductionandtransformthewasteheattothecolddemandthatistheessentialforpeople’sdailylife.Thisabilitycanguaranteethequalityofdailylifeatthesametimealsocanimprovetheefficiencyofenergyandreducetheemission.Themethodthatpopu

4、larizestheCCHPiseffectivesolutionsfortheproblemofenergydepletionandenvironmentalpollution.Intheprocessofbuildingenergystation,weneedtoensurelowenergyconsumption,pollutionemissions,butalsotoensuretheinvestor’sownprofits.Bythisway,howtobalancethesethreeindicatorsbecomesthecurrentrese

5、archfocus.Insummary,themajorworkofthispapercanbedividedintothefollowingthreeaspects:(1)EstablishamodelofCCHP.BasedonresearchingthecurrentmainstreamCCHPsystem,webuildtheCCHP’sOperationsStrategymodel.Onthisbasis,webuildthemodelsoffuelconsumption,operatingexpensesandemissions.Atlast,w

6、eestablishamulti-objectiveevaluationmodelofCCHP,whichisbasedonconceptsofmulti-objectiveoptimizationproblem.WewanttoseektheirParetooptimalsolutionset.(2)Proposethemulti-objectiveAFSAbasedonrouletteselectionmechanism.Weestablishamulti-objectiveoptimizationproblemwiththeCCHP’smodel,an
