3、ical(MR)damperwasdesignedinthispaper.Thedynamicanalysis,sensitivityanalysis,parameteroptimizationandcontrolleroftheprecisionplatformwereresearched,respectively.Thispaperfocusesonthefollowingresearches:(1)Thedynamicsanalysisoftheprecisionplatform.Onthebasisofpreliminarywork,thispaperdesi

4、gnedahybridisolationsystem.Inthisisolationsystem,thecompoundvibrationisolationbearingissetasthepassivecomponentandthemagnetorheological(MR)damperissetastheactivecomponent.A7-DOFdynamicmodelofthevibrationisolationplatformwasestablished.Andthedynamicresponseoftheplatformundertheenvironmen

5、texcitationwascalculatedusingtime—historyanalysis.Analysisresultsshowthatthepreliminarydesigncansignificantlyreducethedynamicresponseofplatform.However,therelativedisplacementofthepistonandcylinderoftheMRdamperisbeyondthepreliminarydesign,andthecontroleffectinlowfrequencyrangeisabitpooh
