1、摘要建材行业是我国的主要基础原材料供应行业，在大力发展建筑业和相关产业等方面能够提供支持和保障，居住条件的改善以及人们生活水平地提升也需要建材行业提供物质基础。近几年来我国水泥、墙体材料等主要建材产品的生产量和消费量都远远大于世界上其他各国。传统建筑材料生产行业受到材料性质和工艺水平以及落后的产品生产技术地限制，使得生产过程中经常出现原料损耗多、能源消耗量大、环境污染严重等问题；尤其是后者，建材行业的环境污染问题在各工业部门中是最严重的。全国各个工业部门粉尘排放问题中建材生产行业排放粉尘远多于其他行业，其中水泥生产行业尤
2、为突出，是我国最大的粉尘排放源。因此，对建材生产厂房粉尘治理的研究具有重要意义。本文首先对工业除尘、粉尘特性以及气体——固体颗粒两相流动问题进行了全面的理论分析，同时提出了气固两相流的数学模型；然后以某建材生产厂房为例，研究其在正常作业状态下粉尘产生的关键位置和扬尘机理，对典型扬尘点附近的流动状态进行了研究，并对扬尘点提出了有效的粉尘捕集措施，通过扬尘点附近采取不同的除尘措施的三种模型进行了数值模拟研究，寻求有效的除尘方案；同时以该建材生产厂房为原型建立了建材生产厂房粉尘治理模型，并用厂房的实测结果与模拟计算结果进行对比
